Cancellation & No-Show Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Bodied by Serena as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking a future appointment. Any deposit previously paid may be applied toward the cancellation fee. Please watch for weather advisories and allow extra time for traffic or travel. Weather or traffic-related delays do not automatically waive our cancellation, late, or no-show policies.
